Who is behind NexTeams365?
NexTeams365 is developed by the Microsoft experts at Lambert Consulting SA, a Swiss company recognized as a Microsoft Solution Partner for Modern Work and Microsoft Gold Partner for over 15 years. Lambert Consulting supports large international enterprises, with IT environments ranging from 1,000 to 40,000 users, providing cutting-edge expertise in Microsoft Teams voice solutions and enterprise telephony management.

Why should my company choose NexTeams365 over manual Teams provisioning?
Unlike manual provisioning, which is time-consuming and error-prone, NexTeams365 automates user, number, and policy management while ensuring configuration consistency across the entire organization. This results in faster deployments, fewer mistakes, and significant operational savings.

Is NexTeams365 secure?
Yes. NexTeams365 is deployed within your infrastructure, uses Active Directory authentication (Windows SSO), and does not store or transfer sensitive data to third parties. All access is controlled and logged.

How does NexTeams365 help reduce telephony costs?
The platform monitors usage, applies cost limits, and provides detailed reporting by user, site, and cost center. This transparency enables better budget control and cost optimization.

Can it handle multi-site or international deployments?
Absolutely. NexTeams365 was built to simplify complex environments, supporting multi-operator and multi-country deployments while ensuring centralized management.

Does the solution impact end users?
No. Users continue to work as usual in Microsoft Teams. The improvements affect IT operations, accelerating provisioning and increasing service reliability.

Is there a trial version available?
Yes. A 30-day trial version is available for internal evaluation purposes.

What kind of reports can NexTeams365 generate?
It provides over 14 customizable reports, including cost analysis, usage statistics, and configuration overviews. Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and other standard formats.

Common Technical Questions

What are the technical prerequisites for installing NexTeams365?

Where is data processed and stored?
All data processed by NexTeams365 remains within your infrastructure (SQL, Active Directory, Teams). The solution does not externalize or store data in unauthorized third-party environments.

How is access to NexTeams365 controlled?
Access is fully integrated with Active Directory roles. Administrators can assign permissions based on security groups. Only authorized users can manage the platform.

What security measures are implemented?
NexTeams365 uses Windows Authentication, HTTPS/TLS encryption, strict role-based access control, and keeps all communications within your environment. No external access is permitted without explicit authorization.

How does the platform manage phone numbers?
Numbers are automatically assigned from predefined ranges, with prioritization per site. Manual reservations and temporary blocks are also supported.

Can NexTeams365 integrate with other enterprise systems?
Yes. It integrates with Identity Access Management (FIM/MIM), ERP systems, accounting tools, and supports SSRS for advanced reporting.

How are call manipulation rules handled?
